Prefer therapy in the comfort of your home or office? We offer therapy and consulting services via secure/encrypted HIPAA-compliant website, Doxy. You can use your computer, tablet or phone and no need to download any app. We require you be in a private location, using earbuds/headphones for privacy.
Most health plans now cover to include video therapy sessions. Please check with your specific health plan and coverage information relating to mental health treatment and services.
Coaching can also be provided via video. Coaching is not therapy, and can be provided to clients in any state, but is not covered by insurance. Coaching can help people in areas such as change of career, higher educational goal-setting, leadership coaching, DE&I coaching and development.
We do not allow sessions to be held while driving, in public or open work places or with other people in the room; for your safety and to ensure that your privacy is protected.
We can help you if you are feeling overwhelmed, having difficulty with focus, sleep, energy, lacking motivation, or having relationship or work performance issues. We also work with clients with anxiety, depression or drug/alcohol issues. If your'e having difficulty after the loss of a loved one or even a pet, we can help you process your grief in a healthy way. We also work to help parents in learning ways to help children with various behavioral or emotional challenges.
We provide you with the tools that you need to help yourself feel better and live your best life!
Our therapists are trained in working with clients who may be struggling following a trauma; from childhood or a recent event. We provide support and recovery if you've experienced childhood abuse or neglect, domestic violence, been witness or victim of a crime, natural disasters, accidents, harassment or discrimination.
We work with compassion to help men, women and children who may have been sexually abused by clergy/officials in churches, schools, family members or people you once trusted. We can help you through your healing process to find peace.
We also work with first responders (police, fire, EMT) and military.
We provide compassionate care and help people live their best lives. We'll work with you no matter what your concern, and provide care in our safe and calming offices to individuals, families, and couples from all backgrounds, beliefs, and orientations.
Learn how to break free from the pain, sadness, confusion, and anger that holds you back from living your best.
We do our best to schedule most first-time clients for their initial appointment as soon as possible. However, due to the increase in demand for mental health services since 2020, there may be a wait of several weeks to a month until your initial appointment. Please be patient with us. We're doing our best to ensure prompt, quality care.

We provide play therapy to younger children, using toys, arts and crafts, therapeutic games, books and talk therapy.
While children can heal, they require us as adults to be consistent so they may have the safe space and time to heal.
We also may suggest that parents/guardians begin individual therapy to gain skills and tools to help your children, and/or resolve problems that may have contributed to your child's challenges.
Video therapy is generally not effective or recommended to help children heal; as therapy is very different than attending school on-line. Children require direct, closer, face-to-face interactions to build trust and to open up. Given this, we do not provide video therapy to children at our office.
Because a child’s sense of time is not the same as adults, it is important for them to be brought weekly to scheduled appointments to facilitate their healing.
Children may take longer to become comfortable in sharing and a longer time to heal than adults; due to their young age and not yet having the emotional/mental maturity of adults.
Due to the fact that it takes time for children to become comfortable and share with the therapist, and additional time to for a child to process (or heal), it is important that parents/guardians bring their children to weekly therapy for a minimum of 3-6 months, sometimes longer, depending on the type of trauma, grief or loss that your child has experienced.
