Krista Woods has over 20 years of facilitating  diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) trainings, and facilitating company-lead conversations on healing in large and small companies in North and South America; all 50 US states  and many international countries.

She is a BIPOC, advocate and ally to other BIPOCs, and advocate in the LGBTQ community.  She has extensive experience working with first responders (police, fire, EMT, health care, military and mental health professionals), executive and corporate leadership in addition to working with front-line blue and pink-collar workers, academia /higher education, students, scientists.  Company support and trainings range from start-up companies through and up to Fortune 100 Companies.  

Krista Woods and associates provide trainings to small groups of 10 or large groups of 300+ in IL, TX and across the US.

Krista is highly skilled and interactive speaker on a variety of topics including  mental health and treatment, trauma, women's issues, domestic violence, drug/alcohol use training for therapists and social workers, executive leadership trainings, risk management, ethics in counseling and social work, adoption and foster care, best practices in social work. 

Many of the same topics trained in person can be offered via webinar in the comfort of your home or office!
