Coronavirus: How We're Handling at ICCT

We use air purifiers in each therapy office, and keep air circulating; one of the main recommendations of the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) to help reduce the spread and risk of COVID-19 when indoors.  

We use products as recommended by the CDC to sanitize to ensure that we are doing our best to reduce your risk and ours.  We sanitize the offices before and after each therapy session and air out the room before bringing in the next client. 

 We keep hand  sanitizer in each of our therapy rooms for use for all clients and therapists' use.  Please also use tissues and wash hands frequently to prevent the spread of the virus.  

We require that you remain home if you are sick, have a fever, cough or shortness of breath, have COVID or have been exposed to COVID.  

*Preference will be given for in-person sessions to clients who have been fully vaccinated and boosted, and encourage that you bring proof of vaccination for us to add to your health record.

Clients not vaccinated should wear a mask over nose and mouth during sessions.  We continue to follow CDC guidelines on indoor mask-wearing for those who are not vaccinated.  

  Presently we are also prohibiting anyone other than clients to our waiting room, this includes children; unless they are being seen for scheduled therapy appointments.  

Chairs have been spaced apart to create distancing in our office. 

Our therapists and interns have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19. 

For your safety and ours, we continue to follow the CDC recommendations about mask-wearing, and  will refrain from shaking hands to limit direct contact and reduce risk of possibly spreading the virus.
