Fees & Accepted Insurance Plans

Many people can use their insurance plans or their Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through their employer to cover all or most of the session costs.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and cash for payment. 

Reduced fee-sessions are on a case-by-case basis, and only for clients receiving Medicaid benefits. 

We will verify your insurance coverage prior to the initial session and inform you what copays, deductibles and co-insurance is due prior to each session starting.  

You will be responsible for informing us of all changes of plans or coverage at least 3 business days prior to your scheduled session.

We can accept your HSA/HRA credit cards for payments of co-pays etc.  Therapy and mental health treatment is considered a medical-related cost.

Consulting or coaching is not covered by insurance can only be provided to adults (18+) and can be done in person, via phone or secure website/webcam
